The Beast Foundation will work hand in hand with Elyseum to ensure appropriate governance measures underpin the Lead Like A Girl program and its administration.
LEAD GOVERNANCE PROCESS
Committee
The Governance Committee is comprised of Directors of The Beast Foundation and Managing Partners of ELYSEUM.
The committee will meet on a regular basis to cover all governance related topics, as well as conducting ad-hoc meetings as required. The committee may also invite specialist advisors to attend meetings as required.
Reporting
The Beast Foundation will provide regular quarterly reports to the Governance Committee which will be presented to the Managing Partners of ELYSEUM.
The quarterly reports will be available upon demand to investors and an overview will be included in the Annual Report of the Lead Like A Girl program.
Annual Visits
The Beast Foundation will host annual visits with the Managing Partners of ELYSEUM in South Africa and depending on the stage of the program, may also stretch into Zimbabwe in Harare & Bulawayo.
These visits will be an excellent opportunity to review the progress of the Lead Like A Girl program and determine any opportunities for future developments.
